4th Semester
Public International Law
This course covers the principles and frameworks governing relations between states and international organizations. Students will explore topics such as international treaties, human rights, and conflict resolution mechanisms.

 

Optional-I: Human Rights Law and Practice / Insurance Law

  • Human Rights Law and Practice: This course focuses on the protection and promotion of human rights at both national and international levels. It includes the study of human rights conventions, treaties, and case law.
  • Insurance Law: This course delves into the principles of insurance law, covering various types of insurance, regulatory frameworks, and claims processes.

Optional-II: Banking Law / Right to Information

  • Banking Law: Students will examine the legal aspects of banking operations, including regulations, compliance, and dispute resolution in the banking sector.
  • Right to Information: This course covers the legislative framework and practical application of the Right to Information Act, focusing on transparency and accountability in governance.

 

Clinical Course-I: Professional Ethics and Professional Accounting System

Clinical Course-II: Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems

5th Semester

Company Law

Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act
Students will study the procedural rules governing civil litigation, including the filing of suits, pleadings, and trial procedures. The Limitation Act is also covered, focusing on time limits for filing legal actions.

Optional-III: Intellectual Property Rights-I / Penology & Victimology

  • Intellectual Property Rights-I: This course introduces the principles of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Students will learn about the protection and enforcement of IP rights.

6th Semester

Optional-V: Intellectual Property Rights-II / White Collar Crimes
