Anti-Sexual Harassment cum Internal Complaints Committee

The Anti-Sexual Harassment cum Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of RV Bidap Law College is dedicated to creating a safe and respectful environment, free from sexual harassment, for all students and staff. The committee operates under the guidelines of the "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013," ensuring a swift and effective response to any complaints.

To prevent sexual harassment and ensure gender equality and safety within the college.
To provide a platform for reporting cases of sexual harassment in a confidential manner.
To investigate complaints impartially and take appropriate action.
To organize awareness programs on gender sensitization and the prevention of sexual harassment.
To support the victims of harassment with counseling, legal aid, and rehabilitation when required.
